The state upholds high professional standards for Licensed Brokers involved in complex transactions related to commercial properties or multi-unit buildings. New York State mandates Licensed Brokers to act in their clients’ best interests, providing assurance and confidence.

As an NYS Clean Heat Contractor, we support the state’s initiatives for clean HVAC systems, which include the installation of energy-efficient heat pumps and water heaters. Through this program, we assist customers in accessing incentives and rebates for environmentally friendly heating and cooling solutions available for all types of buildings.

As an approved Con Edison Participating Contractor, STRATCO participates in Con Edison’s energy efficiency programs. We have received specialized training in energy-efficient equipment and techniques for both residential and commercial properties. Our team helps customers maximize the benefits of Con Edison’s rebates and incentives for upgrades to HVAC systems, lighting, insulation, and other energy-saving technologies in New York City and Westchester. These programs include:

• Con Edison Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program (MFEEP): Targeted for market-rate multifamily buildings.

• Small Medium Business (SMB): Designed for commercial spaces and tenants.
• Commercial & Industrial (C&I): Geared towards larger non-residential facilities.

As a PSEG Participating contractor, STRATCO supports PSEG’S Commercial Efficiency Program as a Prime Efficiency Partner. We are certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) to conduct comprehensive home energy assessments. PSEG offers rebates and incentives only when a PSEG Participating Contractor performs the necessary energy assessment and subsequent upgrades.

STRATCO is proud to be a NYSERDA Multifamily Performance Program (MPP) provider under the Multifamily Building Solutions Network. This program is designed to assist multifamily building owners in improving energy efficiency, reducing operating costs, and enhancing tenant comfort. As an MPP provider, we conduct energy audits, develop customized energy efficiency strategies, and help clients access NYSERDA incentives and rebates, ensuring that they can implement effective energy-saving measures in their properties.

STRATCO participates in the NYS Affordable Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program (AMEEP), which focuses on enhancing energy efficiency in affordable housing and low-to-moderate income (LMI) multifamily buildings.
