HVAC Incentives For Homes and Small Residential Projects Throughout NYS
STRATCO Property Solutions is a utility rebate aggregator and participating contractor for New York State and is seeking Air-source Heat Pump (ASHP) or mini-splits jobs to apply for rebates for homeowners and small residential landlords.
Job Criteria
- HVAC must be all electric
- Single-family buildings or multi-family buildings with less than 5 dwelling units
- ASHP projects installed all of NYS
- Pre-development and current ongoing construction is acceptable
- Rebate may be up to 20% of the job cost in some circumstances
