Our utility cost recovery services are at no upfront cost to you; you will only pay us a percentage if we obtain a utility refund check on your behalf.
This refund is for electricity, gas, and water for historical and future refunds/credits. No work is required other than providing us the building’s account numbers and a signed letter of authorization.
