NYSERDA’s Multifamily Performance Program (MPP) provides incentives from $700-$3,750 per unit for affordable multifamily property owners and managers who lower their building’s ongoing operating costs by making improvements. MPP is meeting its sunset period and will be transitioning to LMI Utility Join Implementation Program and Affordable Multifamily Energy Efficiency (AMEEP) Program by February 2022.
The new AMEEP program is based on a point system, where point values will be assigned to each measure based on its cost, saving potential, depth, and policy goals. Contact us here if you are interested to learn more about the incentivized measures, and confirm your building eligibility.
