(NYREJ) Former associate dean at NYU's Real Estate Institute and Rent Stabilization Association executive director, Arthur Zabarkes, has joined the board of advisors of STRATCO Property Group, a company specializing in repositioning troubled multifamily properties in New York's boroughs.
